Since 1971

We are the custodians of a traditional recipe for curing and drying meat passed down from generation to generation. Since 1971, we’ve been using a curing process that’s been handed down through our family. We started small, but our commitment to the craft is still evident today. Our customers love the taste of our meats, and we love the feeling we get when they come back for more. With decades of success behind us, we know that this process is what gives our food its extraordinary taste and integrity. It’s also part of our company’s legacy, which we carry forward with every product we create today.
