Shipping Information
Shipping Schedule
Due to the perishable nature of our products we avoid shipping them later in the week to prevent the package from spending the weekend in a warehouse. That is why we ship our products every Tuesday.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are $14.75
Correct Adress
We guarantee delivery to the address you listed at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we do not assume liability if you do not receive the package. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and if the goods have spoiled due to warm weather, then they can’t be reshipped.
Shipping Infromation
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship with USPS. UPS delivers Monday-Friday. USPS delivers Monday-Saturday
Please note: UPS does not deliver shipments and we do not ship during the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
When your order is shipped out you will be sent a tracking number to track your package. Unless otherwise indicated, the courier will not ask for the recipient’s signature and the package will be left at the shipping address provided. All our products are shelf stable.
Returns
Please contact us for additional information.
Returns are not accepted after 5 days from the date the order is received. You cannot return items that you do not like in taste or package shape. Items that have been opened can not be returned. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
We do not reship orders that are returned to us by the carrier due to it being undeliverable and do not ship to a different address other than the shipping address associated with an order. If an order is returned to us due to it being undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, and the product is not spoiled and not damaged, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s).
