Sudzuka is a dry, spicy sausage made from a fusion of ground beef and various spices. This blend is then infused into a sausage casing and left to dry for several weeks. You can slice it thin and make scrambled eggs for a delicious breakfast, or grill the larger pieces. Sudzuka can also be added to a number of dishes, including bean stew, pastries (burek), or it can be a great pizza topping.

It’s advised to refrigerate food to maintain quality. Once you open the product, wrap it securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Re-apply the vacuum pack for the best effects because the air will impact the flavor. Do not leave it open and exposed in the refrigerator. If mold appears, simply wash it off or cut it off with a knife. The rest of the meat is safe for consumption.

Slicing

1. Take the meat out of the vacuum package.
2. Remove twine if needed.
3. We recommend slices of 1/16” (1 mm) thick or less.
