Handling

It’s advised to refrigerate food to maintain quality. Once you open the product, wrap it securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Re-apply the vacuum pack for the best effects because the air will impact the flavor. Do not leave it open and exposed in the refrigerator. If mold appears, simply wash it off or cut it off with a knife. The rest of the meat is safe for consumption.

Slicing

1. Take the meat out of the vacuum package.
2. Remove twine if needed.
3. We recommend slices of 1/16” (1 mm) thick or less.
